Catering to everyone from beginners to experienced paddlers, they provide a peaceful escape into one of Arizona’s most scenic locations. Yak N Sup are known for their unique experiences, including the popular “Light Up the Night” glowing paddles, full-moon excursions, and serene sunrise paddles.

A gentle, meditative, slow stretching yoga flow that incorporates the silk hammock.

Spin & Sculpt

$90/person
Exercise involving the spin bike to improve endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. As well as incorporating free weights during your spin ride.
Maximum of 10 participants
